Thoracent Shipping, Payment, and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped same day if received before 3pm ET. All orders will be shipped overnight unless customer specifies different shipping option. Overnight, 2nd Day and ground shipping are available from Fedex or UPS. Shipping is FOB Destination, Freight Collect. Shipping charges will be added to customer’s invoice if a customer does not provide a shipping account. We can use a customer’s Fedex or UPS shipping account if provided. Please feel free to contact our customer care team for options.

Payment Policy

All payments are due within 30 days of purchase. A valid PO# is required for most purchases. We reserve the right to hold shipping for new orders on past-due accounts.

Return Policy

We realize that you may occasionally find it necessary to return an item. Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in saleable condition. Products returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 10-14 days for return processing. Items that have already been paid for will be credited back to the customer’s account. 

How to Return Products

  1. Call Customer Care at 888-978-0232 M-F 8:30-5 ET to receive authorization for the return.
  2. Ensure the item(s) are unused, clean (ex: box in good condition, no writing or labeling), and in their original packaging.
  3. Send package to:

All shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Items

In rare occurrences, items may arrive damaged or with a manufacturer defect. If this happens, please contact us and we will replace the damaged item at no cost.
